We offer a 2 day intensive course on sourdough baking hosted by the founder and owner, Andres Preve.
In the course, he shares his own way of the whole process from building a healthy mother dough to baking a loaf of perfect sourdough, and more importantly his foundation knowledge and know-how in the bakery.
Experience is not required and we provide all the ingredients and equipment. At the end of the second day each student will take home their own mother dough and sourdough bread and the scraper and baking basket they used during the course.
